We did get to stop and get out of the car. Crazy horse is amazingly large & the dead presidents are about the same as when I saw them when I was 8 yrs old, but definitely worth a looky loo again.
So ya it's like hot here, and absolutly beautiful. Lots to do between the resort options and the reunion tours. We did some walks into town, Kyaking, Paddle boarding, Cemetary grave hunting for past family members. We have been learning about the last 5 gernerations starting here in Main, from my namesake's namesake, Julia Averril.
So in case you did not know we hit the north east during a massive heat wave. The only pictures I have of Niagra falls are these I took at night. I did not want to risk my camera in the mist down on the boat. We got soaked out on the "Maid of the Myst" You really must go here but I think when I come back I'll have my passport and walk behind the falls on the Candadian side. Oh yes and the last picture is where Super Man jumped in the water to save Lois Lane. ( ya that was like so fake now that I was there)
We did finally get out of the car at this extreamly large drug store that was more like a midwest mercantile and junk stuff to look at. "Wall Drug store" my kids got to know the locals at the store.
